You can add text, a calendar, balloons, hearts, and other decorations. 2. Mechanism: Features six bouncing boxes inside, with space for up to 24 photos. 3. Photo Printing & Placement Service Printing: Photo printing is an additional charge. Photos are printed using a composite inkjet photo printer. You are also welcome to provide your own photos. Set of 24 photos Placement: Photos will be randomly placed. If you have specific placement requests, we will leave those spots for you to adhere them. 4. Dimensions: Outer box measures 21*10*4.5cm. Small boxes measure 7*7*7cm. These are the only available sizes. 5. Color: Available in black base only. No other colors are offered. 🤎🤎【Important Customization Notes】 1. Modifications & Adjustments: One complimentary adjustment is offered for the final product, limited to minor outline corrections or production errors. Mid-process content changes will incur material and labor fees based on the situation. 2. Subjective Differences: After placing an order, refunds or returns cannot be requested based on personal aesthetic preferences such as "different from imagination" or "disproportionate." Please refer to the existing finished product styles in our shop. Handmade items may not achieve perfect symmetry or 100% realistic representation. 3. After-Sales & Order Abandonment: This product is custom-made to order and does not fall under the 7-day appreciation period. Failure to pick up orders without valid reason will be treated as malicious abandonment, and relevant civil liabilities will be pursued. 4. Work Sharing: Photos of finished products may be publicly shared on our platforms later (personal information will be concealed). If you wish to opt out of sharing, please inform us in advance. Failure to notify will be considered consent. 5. Returns: Customized products fall under the category of "Exceptional Goods*," which are not subject to the 7-day appreciation period stipulated by consumer protection laws. Returns and exchanges are not possible. 6. Color Variation: Slight color differences between product photos and the actual physical item are normal and do not qualify for refunds or returns. 7. Unboxing Video: Please record the unboxing process from start to finish upon receipt to protect your rights and ours. Please report any issues within 1 day of receipt; requests beyond this timeframe will not be processed. 8. Photo Material: Photos are printed on photo paper using an inkjet photo printer. 9. Paper Material: Craft paper. 10. Size Discrepancy: Due to manual production and measurement, a 0-2cm error is considered normal. 11. Receipt: Please inform us in advance if a receipt is required. Our shop does not use a unified invoice system. If a duplicate receipt is needed later, it can only be sent via registered mail.
