【Important Notes】
・To promote environmental sustainability, disposable bags will not be provided. Please bring your own eco-friendly bag to take your creations home.
・Photos and videos may be taken during the event for documentation and future promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform us at the venue, and we will ensure your preference is respected.
・Please refrain from recording video or audio during the class.
・The venue is pet-friendly, and there may be cats present. Please only register if you are comfortable with this.
【Cancellation Policy】
Details are as follows:
・If you are unable to attend after payment, you may apply for a refund through the order system. A fee of 30% of the ticket price will be charged to cover incurred expenses. As the designer needs ten days to prepare materials before the event, refunds and exchanges are not possible within ten days prior to the event date.
・If you wish to reschedule, please cancel your current booking and make a new one. Rescheduling is not possible within ten days prior to the event date.
【COVID-19 Prevention Measures】
Pinkoi Product School's Epidemic Prevention Measures
・If you are unable to attend due to COVID-19 concerns, please submit a refund or exchange request at least five business days prior to the event (excluding the event day) for a full refund.
・Body temperature will be checked upon entry. Admission is granted only if your temperature is below 37 degrees Celsius and your hands have been sanitized.
・A questionnaire will be completed at check-in to ascertain your health status and travel history, ensuring all attendees have no overseas travel history or symptoms of illness within the past 14 days.
・Flight crew members on long-haul flights or international routes must complete a 7-day home quarantine upon return, test negative, and adhere to the management guidelines of the Ministry of Health and Welfare for enhanced self-health management from day 8 to day 14.
・Flight crew members on short-haul flights who have not entered other countries, if asymptomatic, do not require quarantine and will follow the Ministry of Health and Welfare's management guidelines.
・Both instructors and attendees are required to wear masks throughout the event. Entry will be denied without a mask.
・Air conditioning will be enhanced, and windows opened to ensure proper ventilation.
・Seating arrangements will place companions at the same table to minimize group gatherings of strangers, and seating spacing will be maximized where possible.
・Alcohol/hypochlorous acid will be used before and after the event to disinfect frequently touched surfaces such as doorknobs and tabletops.
