・If you are unable to attend after payment, you may apply for a refund through the order system, with a 30% service fee to cover incurred costs. As materials need to be prepared ten days prior to the event, refunds or exchanges are not possible within ten days of the event date.

【COVID-19 Prevention Measures】
Pinkoi Product School Prevention Measures
・If you are unable to attend due to the COVID-19 pandemic, please submit a refund or exchange request at least five working days before the event (excluding the event day) for a full refund.
・Body temperature will be taken upon entry. Entry is permitted only if your temperature does not exceed 37 degrees Celsius and you have sanitized your hands.
・A questionnaire will be completed at check-in to assess health and travel history, ensuring all attendees have no overseas travel history or symptoms within the past 14 days.
・Crew members on long-haul flights or those entering other countries must complete a 7-day home quarantine upon return. After testing negative, they must follow the management regulations of the Ministry of Health and Welfare for enhanced self-health management from day 8 to day 14.
・Crew members on short-haul flights without entering other countries, if asymptomatic, do not require quarantine and should follow the management regulations of the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
・Instructors and participants are required to wear masks throughout the event. Entry will be denied without a mask.
・Air conditioning ventilation will be enhanced, and windows will be opened to ensure classroom air circulation.
・Seating will be arranged with participants attending together seated at the same table to reduce opportunities for large group gatherings. Seating will be spaced as widely as possible.
・Alcohol/sodium hypochlorite will be used for disinfection before and after the event, with a focus on frequently touched surfaces such as door handles and tabletops.
