There is a small hole at the top of the piece where you can use a syringe or dropper to add essential oils or perfume. We recommend adding 1-2 drops at a time; do not overfill the opening. 2. The ceramic bead will absorb the aroma through capillary action and slowly release it. The surface is treated with a high-temperature protective glaze to slow down the evaporation of essential oils (this varies depending on the oil's concentration). The scent typically lasts for several days, leaving a faint aroma that may persist for 1-2 weeks. 3. If you wish to change essential oils, you can rinse the ceramic bead repeatedly with clean water or rubbing alcohol. Once the scent fades, it's ready for a new fragrance. 4. The ceramic bead is fired at high temperatures, ensuring it will not fade or deform.
