Floral Materials and Design The natural variations in fresh flowers mean each arrangement is unique; the actual floral gift may differ slightly from the photograph. Phalaenopsis orchids typically have a blooming period of about one month, which may be longer or shorter depending on the variety. Please care for them appropriately based on their environment to extend their bloom time. Fresh flowers and plants are perishable. Minor damage or scuffs may occur during preparation and delivery; slight imperfections are considered within a reasonable range. We appreciate your understanding. In the event of a shortage of a specific flower color or variety, we will substitute it with a similar type to ensure the integrity and aesthetic of the design. Delivery Methods For areas near and within the greater Taipei area: Delivery will be made on the same day via Lalamove courier or by our staff. For farther areas within the greater Taipei area and other cities: Delivery will be made the day before the scheduled date via HCT (Home Centers Transport). Please note that Sunday and Monday deliveries cannot be specified, and delivery will be arranged based on the driver's actual route. We recommend customers schedule delivery for an earlier date. Accuracy of Recipient Information Please ensure you provide the correct recipient's name and phone number, and confirm that the recipient will be available to receive the delivery. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable, or inability to contact the recipient, refunds or exchanges will not be accepted, and the ordering party will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
