Nippon Calculator Machine Corporation was founded in 1928 in Tokyo, Japan. It was the second largest computer manufacturer in Japan at the time. HL-21 is a computer model launched in 1963. It is the representative model of Nippon, and its sales volume surpassed Tiger Computer Company in that year. 21 means that it can be calculated to 21 digits.
