In the 1960s, Nippon Calculator Machine Corporation HL-21, a mechanical computer from a Japanese computer company, has 90% new appearance. Nippon Calculator Machine Corporation was founded in 1928 in Tokyo, Japan. It was the second largest computer manufacturer in Japan at the time. HL-21 is a computer model launched in 1963.
