Shipping will occur within 10 business days from the day after your order is placed. Each additional item will require an extra 3-5 business days. Please ensure you are comfortable with the timeframe before ordering. The product is crafted using a wet-forming technique, which requires 2-4 days for air drying. While surface imperfections may not be obvious when the leather is flat, they can become more pronounced once shaped into a three-dimensional form. If we find too many flaws on the leather surface, we will discard it and start over. Handmade items are time-consuming and labor-intensive, so please be patient. 💁🏻 Before ordering, please send a photo of your key fob for verification. If an incorrect item is ordered due to failure to verify with a photo, and you attempt to force your key into the case, causing deformation or damage, returns or exchanges will not be accepted. **1. Its light shade is prone to showing dirt and manufacturing marks, and the leather's natural grain is more visible. Specify Hot Stamping Content in Order Notes** Hot stamping is done using movable type. English letters can be freely spelled out, while Chinese characters use a fixed font. __Numbers cannot be stamped. Please inquire with the designer about the feasibility of mixed stamping.__ Uppercase letters are 4mm high, lowercase letters are 3mm high. Due to the difficulty in uniformly heating each character with the hot stamping machine, issues like foil peeling may occur if there are too many characters, if they are too long, or if all characters are uppercase. These situations are unavoidable. Please consider your chosen text carefully if this is a concern. 2. The hot stamping add-on covers the price for a single line of stamping only. It does not include stamping on the back or multiple lines. 3. This product is made to order. The number of working days will vary depending on the size and quantity of the item. Generally, shipping will occur within 10 business days. 4. Leather naturally has grain patterns and may show marks from the cow's growth, such as scars or insect bites. Please order only if you accept these natural characteristics. 5. All product photos are actual shots. However, color variations may occur due to computer monitors and lighting. The actual product color is the standard. 6. Handmade items may have slight imperfections inherent to the crafting process and cannot be perfectly uniform like factory-made products.
