handmade ceramic pot for orchid neofinetia, ceramic flower pot

This pot was handmade. I processed it on a potter's wheel and hand-cut the ornament on the wall with a knife. When the pot was dry, I sanded it with a damp sponge and fired it in the kiln at 1080 degrees. After the first firing, I covered the pot with a glaze saturated with cobalt oxide. I applied the glaze to the pot by hand with an artist's brush. Then the glaze was fired at 1250 degrees. Pot dimensions: diameter at the top - 10.5 cm. Total height - 9 cm. Diameter of the hole at the bottom - 3.9 cm.
