Engraving: By default, all LABELs and the front of the engraving are cleared. If the back is printed with different patterns, an additional $100 will be charged.
Artwork: If the order is cancelled after the artwork is out, a design fee will be charged: artwork fee of $150, portrait design fee of $100/person
