1. Feel free to sign up even if you're coming alone. A class will be held even if there's only one person at that time slot (maximum of four people per time slot). Of course, there are discounts for two or more people!
2. You can choose your preferred time slot when booking. The class is approximately 3 hours long (one session available on weekdays and weekends: 2:00 PM - 4:30 PM).

[Techniques Applied]
Sterling silver annealing, bracelet forging and shaping, bracelet filing and finishing, polishing, final buffing and polishing.
Practice engraving English letters and numbers (using steel stamps), creating textures with different hammers (pattern stamping), sterling silver and copper patination, and sterling silver care explanation.

1. For Tainan locals, you can ride a motorcycle or drive. Across from the McDonald's on Jiankang Road, there's a small slope. At the entrance, under a large tree, you'll see a sign for Zhuxi Village. Walk straight for about 60 meters, and you'll see the "Handmade Poetry" sign (don't go towards the riverside trail in front, even though the pink bauhinia trees are beautiful). If you need parking, there's a parking lot between COFFEE DUET and ORO Cafe nearby.
2. For visitors from out of town, it's about a 10-minute taxi ride from the train station! If you're taking a city bus, take bus route 5 from the train station and get off at the Zhuxi Temple stop (right next to the large tree). If you're using the tourist shuttle bus or the High-Speed Rail shuttle, it will be a bit more effort. You'll need to get off at Yanping Junwang Shrine, walk along Kaishan Road towards Fulian Road, then towards Jiankang Road. Crossing Jiankang Road will lead you to the Zhuxi Village slope. You can do it!

1. After placing your order, please check your email for the e-ticket from PINKOI for the experience class and confirm the item and time slot.
2. Participants must be 12 years of age or older.
3. Due to limited space, for the comfort and safety of participants, only ticket holders are allowed to participate in the session. Those without tickets may not join the experience.
4. For craft courses, two people cannot share one material kit.
5. If you accidentally make a mistake or damage the material during the process, you may purchase replacement materials on-site (paying the difference) to continue crafting. We apologize for any inconvenience.
6. If you need to reschedule, please cancel your current booking and make a new one. (Please do so at least 5 days in advance).
7. Participants must abide by the rules of the venue and follow the instructor's guidance. You will be responsible for any damages caused by non-compliance.
8. Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may affect your experience time. (As per regulations, no refunds will be issued on the day of the event).
9. During the experience class, "Handmade Poetry" will be taking photos. These photos will be uploaded to the "Handmade Poetry" Facebook fan page or Instagram event page after the event and may be used for event records or other promotional purposes in the future. Participants can download photos of themselves. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the instructor on-site, and they will take note and arrange accordingly.
[Refund Policy]
1. In case of force majeure (e.g., typhoon-related closures), Handmade Poetry will proactively contact you to reschedule or arrange a refund.
2. For refunds due to personal reasons, a 30% service fee will be charged. (If there are unavoidable circumstances, it is recommended to contact the metalworking instructor to reschedule, with one rescheduling permitted).
3. No refunds will be issued within 5 days before the event.
4. After the customer places an order, please confirm the items and payment on the e-ticket. On-site, only additional payments for differences will be accepted; no refunds will be provided.
