In high-temperature environments, products may soften into a liquid state due to excessive heat in delivery vehicles during transit. If you receive a product that has slightly melted, you can choose one of the following methods to restore its solid state: 1. Open the lid and place it in a cool, shaded area. Let it sit undisturbed for 2-3 days for the product to naturally solidify. 2. Place it in the refrigerator's cooling compartment to speed up solidification. First, remove dust and dirt from the shoes.
