[Frequently Asked Questions] Q: Can I specify a delivery date? A: Delivery dates are available from Monday to Saturday (Saturday delivery is for lunchtime slots only). Dates may vary for national holidays; please refer to the courier's announcements. Q: When do you recommend the cake to be delivered? A: The cake will be delivered frozen. We recommend delivery one or two days before the celebration. Thaw it in the refrigerator the day before the celebration for enjoyment the next day. Q: Can I pick up at a convenience store? A: We do not currently offer convenience store pickup or cash on delivery. We use Black Cat's low-temperature frozen home delivery service. Q: What kind of pet photo is required? A: Please provide a photo where the pet's ears and face are not cropped for the best results! [Ordering Information] · Cakes are recommended to be ordered 10-15 days in advance. If you are unable to meet this timeframe, please message us to inquire about availability for your pet's celebration date. · Cakes are delivered frozen and require thawing time. Please schedule delivery one or two days before the celebration date, not on the celebration day itself. · Orders with added sugar toppers will be updated daily based on the current month's order volume. Cakes piped with mashed sweet potato cannot have custom writing, and color and design options will be limited to the natural sweet potato color. The depth of color within each theme will be adjusted by the designer. [Defrosting Instructions] ‧ We recommend refrigerating and thawing for at least 12 hours before celebration. If still frozen, thaw at room temperature or microwave on low power for a short time. Consume within 2 days. ‧ Thawing at room temperature takes approximately 1-2 hours. Some liquid release during thawing is normal. ‧ For fully frosted cakes, a protective bubble wrap border will be applied around the cake during shipping. Please remove this bubble wrap while the cake is still frozen to prevent sticking. ‧ When refrigerating or freezing, keep the cake inside its box to prevent the cake's surface from drying out due to direct exposure to cold air in the refrigerator, which can cause severe cracking. [Shelf Life] ‧ When received frozen, the cake can be stored in the freezer for 15 days and in the refrigerator for 3 days. [About Sugar Toppers] ‧ Sugar toppers can only be purchased as an add-on when buying a cake; they are not sold separately. ‧ Sugar toppers are custom-made to resemble the pet's appearance and fur color. Our custom sugar toppers are designed in a cute, chibi style. ‧ Sugar toppers are made from fondant, which is composed of a large amount of sugar. They are not recommended for pet consumption. ‧ Upon receipt, sugar toppers may appear sticky due to moisture in the air. This is normal and they will gradually dry out over time. ‧ Storage: Once dry, store sugar toppers in a cool, dry place. This is to prevent delays in resolution after the courier's service hours, which would require waiting until the next business day. We are not responsible for issues reported after this time. · If the recipient needs to be contacted by phone upon arrival, please inform us. We will add a note to remind the driver to prevent them from leaving if no one is available at the delivery address. · If you are unsure if someone will be available to receive the delivery, or if the recipient might not be able to answer the driver's call, we suggest picking up the package yourself from your local courier service point during their operating hours.
