We've also incorporated two small pockets using the seam lines; these are primarily decorative with shallow depth. However, for those who need functional pockets, there are two "real welt pockets" at the back. The buttons are also covered in the same fabric, creating a cohesive look! ■ The back neckline has a subtle V-cut, initially intended just to show a bit of skin in the summer. But after several fittings, we discovered it also makes zipping up much easier. No more struggling with zippers (people with stiff joints like me will understand!). ■ This piece was actually completed some time ago and has been tested for a while. I wore it on its own during the very hot months, and recently, I've been layering it with fitted tops or wearing sweater cardigans over it.
