Unlike seemingly flawless PU leather or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains unique textures and marks from the cow's growth process, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, veins, etc. These marks are not considered defects. Minor indentations or scratches may occur during processing, transportation, and production; as long as the leather surface is not damaged, these are considered within normal range. In respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid large scars, so please consider this if you are sensitive. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each piece uniquely charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather batches can vary in color due to different import times or storage periods. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors will not be consistent between separate orders. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges) This product is made to order as a "customized item." Please specify your custom requests, such as "size/strap position/stitching/embossing text," when ordering. If no specifications are provided at checkout, you agree to let the designer make the decisions. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its size changed, stitching altered, or text re-embossed).
