Crafted with the finest quality leather, this three-pen fountain pen case is meticulously hand-stitched using the "komawase-nui" technique, a method impossible to achieve with machinery. The distinctive shape of the case, with leather panels sewn at right angles, is unique to the komawase-nui stitching. Pens are secured and stored using their clips. While tailored for thicker fountain pen barrels, it can also accommodate slimmer ballpoint pens and pencils. The interior features suede dividers to prevent pens from scratching each other. The inside of the flap is lined with soft suede, and you can select the suede color from the following options. Please understand that these are natural leather products, and their color will change over time. (Pueblo leather, in particular, shows significant color transformation.) Treated with vegetable tannins to preserve the leather's natural texture, these leathers are dyed with transparent dyes. As a result, you may see variations in the grain, such as 'tora' (tiger stripes) and 'chijime' (wrinkles), which are natural markings from the animal's life. Please understand that these are intentional and contribute to the leather's character and texture. Due to the aniline dyeing process, colors may vary from batch to batch and may differ from the sample images. As is natural with genuine leather, there may be slight color inconsistencies, tiger stripes, or minor scratches. Please accept these as part of the leather's unique charm.
