Botanicals and Design The natural state of fresh flowers is unique; your received floral arrangement may differ slightly from the photograph. Phalaenopsis orchids typically bloom for about a month, though this can vary by variety. Proper care based on your environment will help extend their flowering period. Fresh flowers and plants are perishable. Minor damage or scuffs may occur during production and delivery, which are considered within a reasonable range. We appreciate your understanding. If a specific color or variety of flower is unavailable, we will substitute it with a similar variety to maintain the integrity and aesthetic of the design. Substitutions will be made without prior notification. Should we be short on a particular vase, a substitute of a similar type will be used. We apologize for any inconvenience. A care instruction card will be included with your order, so you don't have to worry about how to maintain your botanicals. Delivery Methods For areas near Shuan-bei: Delivery will be made on the same day via Lalamove courier or by our staff. For more distant areas within Shuan-bei and other counties/cities: Delivery will be via Hsinchu Logistics the day before the scheduled delivery date (delivery on Sundays and Mondays cannot be specified; delivery routes are determined by the driver. We recommend scheduling delivery for an earlier date). Accuracy of Recipient Information Please ensure you provide the correct recipient name and phone number, and confirm that the recipient will be available to receive the delivery. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or inability to contact the recipient.
