- It was 2018, on Ocean Drive in Miami as the sun went down. I was lost, thanks to alcohol and parties. All I could remember was the pastel-colored buildings and the palm trees. This rug is my best attempt to capture and recreate that moment. Every time I see it, I'm reminded of the relentless sun and the overwhelming melancholy.
