・Capacity: 6-10 people per session (Minimum enrollment: 6 people)

・Transportation: Take the Red Line MRT to "Aozihdi Station," Exit 3. Walk straight along博愛二路 (Bo'ai 2nd Road) for about 6 minutes, then turn right onto Mingcheng 2nd Road. You will see "Louis Electric Company Kaohsiung Branch" across the street. The entrance to the handcraft classroom is next to "睦MARS創客太空站" (Mu MARS Maker Space). Walk straight to the end and take the elevator to the fifth floor.

・If you register the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has started before registering.
・After placing an order and completing the checkout, your purchase details serve as proof of registration. No physical tickets will be mailed. Please arrive at the venue at the scheduled time for check-in; no separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are not checked out are considered incomplete registrations. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis once the class is full. Unpaid orders will not be added to the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The following rules apply:
* According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the "Educational Law for Cram Schools and Continuing Education" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for Short-Term Tutoring Schools" as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, refunds are as follows:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class starts, 95% of the actual paid fee will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class starts, 90% of the actual paid fee will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class starts, 80% of the actual paid fee will be refunded.
* Rescheduling is permitted once, limited to sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your desired session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduled time, please opt for a refund.
* For cancellations on the day of the workshop, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted, as materials and venue arrangements will have already been completed. No-shows will be considered forfeiture.
* To protect the rights of other participants, attendees who arrive 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered no-shows.
* For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details and name. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Unregistered companions are not permitted to attend or participate, unless a parent needs to assist a child who cannot complete the activity independently, or in special cases requiring parent-child participation. Please call the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days before the event starts, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Water and beverages are permitted at the venue. For environmental friendliness, please bring your own water bottle or cup.
・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the experience for event documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used for event records or other recruitment channels in the future.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
