Rinse with clean water, wipe clean and dry in the shade, then place in a ziplock bag and seal tightly after squeezing out excess air.
If silver jewelry is oxidized, you can wipe it with a Silver cloth or apply toothpaste to the oxidized part. After five minutes, brush it off with a toothbrush (or wipe it back and forth with a wet towel) and wash off the toothpaste with clean water.
