It is time to clean things up, and make your rope brand new again. The more you practise, the more you replace. So, show us your hard work by telling us how much you replace! Why do we need to replace cords often? 1. Extend the shelf-life of the jump rope 2. For smoother jumping and better feedback 3. Preventing injuries & accidents When should you start changing? Well, this depends on 1. the frequency of use, 2. the intensity of your workouts, and 3. the surface on which you jump. Generally speaking, cord needs to be replaced every 3 months. How to use: Remove the worn PVC cord by removing the washer, lock and clip-teeth. Insert one end of the new cord through the handle. Insert the washer first, then the lock and clip-teeth. Secure the lock to the clip-teeth. Repeat the procedure above for the other handle.
