The protagonist, a black monster named "Momo Mo Mo," is based on a healthy teenager who transforms into a monster due to drug addiction. The creator attempts to explore various individual and societal states, including drug users' self-perception, altered states of consciousness, societal views, emotional responses, and feelings of coldness and loneliness.
