One-on-one private instruction, class can be booked for just one person! ・ After checking in at the store and confirming your design, if you wish to change your design (only available for designs with materials in stock), you may do so by paying the price difference. No refunds will be given for changes to designs of lower value. ・ Class registration secures a spot for the participant. If you have a companion, their presence will be considered based on available space in the classroom on the day, but companions are not permitted to participate in the experience. ・ Please arrive punctually at your scheduled appointment time. To ensure ample practice time during the experience, please avoid being late. ・ During the class, the instructor will demonstrate each step once and provide students with practice materials for one trial before working with the formal materials. If a finished piece cannot be rectified due to an individual's error, a new set of materials will require a separate purchase. ・ Silver ring classes typically take 2-3 hours (duration may vary depending on design complexity). After the class, the instructor will take approximately 2 hours for final finishing and polishing of the piece (you may explore the vicinity and return to collect your item). If you require same-day pickup, the latest appointment slot is 3:30 PM. If you do not need same-day pickup, you may book an evening slot, and your finished piece can be mailed to you (free shipping) or collected later. "Metalworking Handcraft Class" is an introductory-level formal course in metalworking, taught one-on-one by a professional metalworking instructor. A variety of tools are used, thus participants must be high school (or vocational school) level or above, able to strictly follow the instructor's teaching methods to ensure safety during the learning process. ・ It is mandatory to adhere to the instructor's guidance on the safe operation of tools and equipment. Participants are required to wear safety glasses, masks, aprons, and closed-toe shoes during the class. Failure to comply may result in the instructor discontinuing the class, and the individual failing to use equipment safely will be responsible for all resulting hazards. ・ In the event of a typhoon or other natural disaster on the scheduled class date, classes will be canceled according to the government regulations of the store's location, and a new date will be arranged. ・ The company reserves the right to make changes to the course schedule. If a store event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified in advance to coordinate a new class date.
