Some spots might become visible only after cleaning; these are not signs of rust and do not affect the safety or usability of the product. - This product is manufactured using a safe process, employing food-grade lubricant oil for pressing without acid washing. As no plating or coatings are used, minor scratches, pores, or pinholes may be present on the surface; these are normal phenomena that cannot be entirely avoided with our safe manufacturing methods and are not considered defects. - The LOGO is created by laser high-temperature energy, causing a natural color change on the pure titanium surface. It is not a coating or printing, ensuring safety and lasting aesthetic appeal. Additional Notes: - Marks from high-temperature firing will gradually fade or disappear with regular use. - Pinhole pores and minor scratches are normal occurrences that are difficult to completely avoid during the manufacturing process. - Watermarks or stains remaining after washing are characteristic of titanium metal and are considered normal. **Cleaning and Characteristics** 1. For the first use, wash thoroughly several times with a mild neutral detergent. You can also wipe the surface several times with a paper towel dampened with edible oil to easily remove any residual gray titanium powder from processing. Afterward, wash clean with a neutral detergent. As edible oil is used for pressing and no acid washing is performed, residual gray titanium powder is unavoidable. This is a safe and non-toxic pure titanium manufacturing process, so feel free to scrub. 2. For burnt-on food or stubborn stains, gently scrub with the firmer side of a sponge or a soft steel brush. 3. If the colored surface of the titanium is brushed off, revealing the natural color, rest assured that it is not a coating. Pure titanium is safe, non-toxic, and does not contain harmful heavy metals, making it safe to scrub as tableware. 4. Avoid soaking the product in cleaning agents such as stain removers, hydrogen peroxide (reducing acids), or sodium percarbonate, as these can alter and irreversibly diminish the color and luster of the titanium. **Characteristics** 1. Pure titanium is sensitive to temperature and does not easily release stress. When reheating food in lunchboxes, food containers, or square pots, or after washing, food stains or large purple-blue patches may appear. Brownish patches may also appear after washing without heating (these are not rust; pure titanium does not rust). These are characteristics of the metal or changes resulting from our pre-firing process. They do not affect safe use and will gradually fade or disappear with normal use over time. 2. Due to more difficult stress release in square containers, color changes can be more pronounced, and brownish patches may appear more readily. 3. Exposure to ovens above 250°C or direct flame from a gas stove may cause purple-blue color changes. These colors will not disappear but do not affect safe usage. 4. Large, flat surfaces are more prone to warping and deformation when exposed to direct flame from a gas stove. 5. Titanium easily retains water stains, which is a characteristic of the metal. If this is a concern, dry the item immediately after washing to prevent water spots from affecting its appearance. **Appliance Compatibility** **Single-layer titanium tableware can be used for heating; double-layer is not suitable for heating.** Dish Dryer - Applicable: If oils such as olive oil are not completely washed off, blue-purple powder may appear during drying. This is dried oil and will not reappear after washing clean. Dishwasher - Applicable: Some detergents contain sodium percarbonate, which may leave more water spots after washing, but this does not affect safety. Gas Stove - Direct Flame: Yes, but avoid dry heating. Use low to medium heat only.
