Avoid pouring too much at once, which could wet your floors or clothing. ※ To prevent water spillage during transit, the product is shipped with a minimal amount of water. Please add water immediately upon receipt. ■ Placement Place in a cool, shaded area, away from direct sunlight and air conditioning vents, to prolong the life of your fresh flowers. Order Modifications and Cancellations If you need to change your order details, card message, or delivery address, please contact us no later than 12:00 PM, 5 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. (e.g., for a delivery scheduled on June 8th, please notify us by 12:00 PM on June 3rd). Requests made after this time cannot be accommodated for modifications or refunds. We appreciate your understanding. Floral Materials and Design The natural form of fresh flowers is unique; the actual arrangement may vary slightly from the photograph. Fresh flowers typically last 5-10 days, though this can vary depending on the variety and environment. Proper care can help extend their bloom time. As fresh flowers and plants are living products, minor imperfections such as slight damage or scuffs may occur during creation and delivery. These are considered within acceptable limits. Floral material availability can fluctuate significantly. If a specific flower is unavailable, we will substitute it with a similar bloom to maintain the integrity and aesthetic of the design, without prior notification. In cases of vase unavailability, a similar style of vase will be used as a replacement. We appreciate your understanding. Cards and Care Guide We offer card printing services. Please provide your message at checkout, and our team will professionally handle the layout and design. A care instruction card is included with your order, so you don't have to worry about how to maintain your flowers. For more detailed information, please refer to the "Product Care Instructions." Delivery Methods For areas near or within Shuangbei: Delivery will be made on the same day via Lalamove courier or by our staff. For outer areas of Shuangbei and other cities: Your order will be shipped the day before the scheduled delivery via HCT (Home Commerce Transportation), which does not deliver on Sundays or Mondays. Delivery times will be arranged according to the driver's route; customers are advised to schedule delivery for an earlier date. Accuracy of Recipient Information Please ensure the recipient's name and phone number are accurate and that the recipient will be available to receive the delivery.
