A maximum of three revision rounds applies. ★ The initial layout is complimentary. Minor text adjustments are also free of charge. We also aim to reuse packaging materials for environmental reasons. ★ If products are damaged during transit, please take photos immediately and send them to us. After clarifying responsibility, we will arrange for returns or exchanges based on the situation, and we will seek compensation from the logistics provider. ★ If there are delivery delays due to the logistics provider, please inform us (excluding 1111, 1212, long holidays, and special festivals). Thank you very much. 🔔 About Color Differences Screen colors (RGB) and print colors (CMYK) have different color gamuts, resulting in variations. ★ Screen colors are RGB, displayed on a light-emitting screen, making them appear brighter and more vivid. ★ Print colors are CMYK. Ink cannot reproduce certain extremely bright colors, so printed results will have slightly lower saturation and appear darker than on-screen colors. Therefore, color differences between the product and the on-screen artwork are normal. Color deviations in printed output cannot be based on the customer's screen. Different paper types, ink batches, and daily climate humidity can all affect color expression. If you have precise color requirements, please consider carefully before ordering. 🔔 Customized products are not eligible for the seven-day appreciation period. If items are not picked up, fees may be reclaimed according to the "Consumer Protection Act." Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act states that consumers engaging in distance or door-to-door transactions may cancel the contract within seven days of receiving goods or services by returning the goods or providing written notice, without needing to state reasons or bear any fees or considerations. The same paragraph's proviso stipulates that reasonable exceptions apply to distance transactions. The Executive Yuan announced the "Standards for the Application of Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Rescission for Distance Transactions" at the end of 2015, effective from January 1, 2016. Article 2, Sub-clause 2 of these standards clearly states that "customized goods provided according to consumer requirements" are exempt from the right to cancel the contract within seven days as stipulated in Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act. ⛔️ Cash on delivery is not available for customized products. ⛔️ Customized products are not eligible for the seven-day appreciation period.
