Citrus grapefruit essential oil is rich in content. Different tree ages and varieties in Taiwan will produce different aromas and tastes.
This time, we specially selected the old pomelo from Linen Wendan to be the protagonist of the experience. We will help you get to know and choose your favorite pomelo to make the seasonal Wendan pomelo wine.
Learn the brewing process and simple bartending in class, listen to the teacher’s talk about the industrial and cultural history of grapefruit and Wendan knowledge, and drink grapefruit wine and tea together
In order to prevent everyone from piling up endless grapefruits after the Mid-Autumn Festival, in addition to making wine, we have also prepared five additional practical tips for living with grapefruits.

-Enjoy on-site tasting of grapefruit wine, grapefruit concoction, and grapefruit tea
-Introducing the historical origins, small farmers and planting environment of Taiwan’s Linen Bundan industry
-Learn the knowledge and skills of making grapefruit wine and experience the production process with your own hands
-Sharing the five practical uses of grapefruit peel
-Write the wine label by hand and paste it on it to complete a bottle of 1000ml Wendan grapefruit wine
