・If you are unable to attend after payment or need to reschedule, please contact us at least "3 days in advance" to arrange a new class time.
・Rescheduling is limited to sessions within "2 months" from the original date. If you cannot find a suitable time, you may opt for a refund.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details and account holder name. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・As instructors prepare materials and the venue in advance, refunds and rescheduling are not permitted on the "day of the class." Failure to attend the class on the scheduled day will be considered a forfeiture.
・In the event of force majeure (e.g., typhoons, heavy rain) or official announcements of class suspensions on the day; we will proactively notify all registered students for that session regarding rescheduling, transfer to another class, or a full refund.
・To ensure the rights of other participants, arriving "15 minutes after" the scheduled start time will be considered a forfeiture, with no refund or rescheduling options.

・To ensure a smooth class flow, please refrain from eating during the workshop.
・Participants are expected to adhere to venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・During the workshop, the organizer may conduct photography and videography as needed, which will be uploaded to the Chuan Chuan Handmade Accessories social media channels after the class. The organizer may use photos and videos containing your likeness for event recaps or promotional purposes for future recruitment.
・If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please inform us during the class, and we will take special care.
