Rush orders are not accepted. * Some pet nose prints or paw prints may not be very distinct. This depends on your pet's cooperation; some may struggle, and we cannot accept returns if a print cannot be successfully made. Soften: You can use a hairdryer to gently heat the molding material until it softens, making it pliable for you to shape as desired. 2. Imprint or Shape: Capture fingerprints, pet nose prints, paw prints, or children's fingerprints – all precious and cherished memories! You can also create simple shapes and use a toothpick or similar pointed tool for delicate engravings. (Note: Overly complex or slender shapes are not recommended for casting, as they may break during the process. Round or square shapes are generally preferred.) 3. Send Back: Use the pre-paid envelope provided to mail it back to us. Remember to package it securely with the bubble wrap we've included to prevent damage during transit! Upon receipt, we will contact you to confirm and begin the crafting process. Please ensure you include the "number provided by us" with your return, otherwise, we won't be able to identify your order. 4. Crafting begins based on the queue. Once the piece is complete, it will be shipped back to you.
