Most of our items are made to order. You can view the estimated shipping time on the Pinkoi desktop version. In-stock items are shipped within 1-3 days. For made-to-order items, please allow for a waiting period. If you require the jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before ordering to check for availability or their capacity to expedite production. Items processed by the factory require a longer lead time. Products processed by the factory include: wax-carved items, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving.
