Unlike PU or patent leather that appears flawless, vegetable-tanned leather's characteristics include being natural and environmentally friendly. It retains the unique textures and marks from the cow's growth process, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, blood veins, etc. These marks are not considered defects. During processing, transportation, and production, minor indentations and scratches are inevitable. As long as the leather surface is not damaged, we consider these within the normal range. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid them, except for large scars. Please consider carefully if you are concerned. The finished product cannot compare to the perfection of machine-produced items, but it possesses a unique delicate warmth and texture. Furthermore, as time passes and with different usage habits, the leather will develop its own story with scratches and marks, deepening in color, and gaining a sheen, gradually revealing a unique personal appearance. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece uniquely charming. **/ Colors /** Firstly, there can be color variations on screen displays. Secondly, even within the same brand, different batches of material, and varying storage times can lead to discrepancies in leather color. Even on the same piece of hide, different areas may absorb dye differently due to grain variations. Colors will not be consistent between orders placed at different times. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges) This item is made to order ["customized"]. Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching" and "embossed text and font," when placing your order. If no specifications are provided at the time of order, you agree to the designer's choice of "stitching" color and "blank" for the "embossed text." Since each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is a mistake in the specifications, our "customized products" do not have an appreciation period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
