Amethyst & Iolite Sterling Silver Necklace: Main pendant measures 28x20mm. The necklace is adorned with iolite and 925 silver spacer beads. Metal components are crafted from 925 and 999 sterling silver. The internal wiring is a German-made steel wire. The total length is 35.5cm with an additional 5.5cm extension chain (41cm total length). The main stone featured in this piece is one I personally adore. It's a rich amethyst with abundant inclusions, beautifully rounded and substantial, boasting a deep, captivating color. To complement its unique, golden-tooth-like inclusions, I've chosen a prong-set bezel with a distinctive claw-like shape. This setting not only secures the stone but also allows ample light to pass through. A substantial base has been crafted to enhance the main stone's presence, ensuring its unique character shines through in any setting. The accompanying beads were specifically selected to harmonize with the main stone. At first glance, they appear as irregular spacer beads, but each one is subtly hexagonal. This shape lends a more free-spirited feel compared to typical faceted or cabochon beads. Coupled with the pleochroism of the iolite, you'll notice delicate shifts between purple and blue from different facets and angles. The 925 silver spacer beads at the ends echo the angular design, and the moment the main pendant is attached, it marks the culmination of the creator's vision. The necklace's length is designed to fall perfectly within the neckline of most shirts, and it can also be worn slightly higher as a choker, layered with other longer necklaces.
