Returns will not be accepted for subjective reasons such as "not as imagined" or personal aesthetic judgments. How to Order Custom Items // 1. Select the item you wish to customize and complete the order and payment. 2. After completing your order, please contact customer service. 3. Upon receiving your order and image files, customer service will confirm the order details and photo selection with you. 4. Once the photos are confirmed, the design process will begin. 5. For physical product designs, a draft will be provided for your review and confirmation within 1-3 days. 6. After confirmation, printing and production will commence. Printing typically takes 30-35 business days, though some items may take longer, as specified for each product. You will be informed of the estimated shipping date. 7. Once the printed product is packaged, you will be notified on the day of shipment. Early arrival will result in earlier dispatch.
