Over time and with exposure to air and the environment, it naturally oxidizes, leading to a duller sheen and a deepened metallic color. This is a normal phenomenon. ・ If your brass jewelry oxidizes and turns black, here are a few methods to restore its luster: - Simply use a silver polishing cloth to restore shine. The cloth turning black is normal; do not wash it, as this will diminish its effectiveness. - Use a toothbrush with a small amount of dish soap or toothpaste, gently scrub, and then dry. - Use a clean cloth with a small amount of brass polish to restore the brass's luster. Afterward, rinse with a degreasing agent like dish soap to remove any polish residue, preventing potential skin irritation. ・ These preserved floral earrings are crafted from real flowers and can last over 5 years. Please avoid humid environments. ・ When not wearing, store in a hard case to prevent crushing.
