The actual floating time will vary depending on environmental conditions and whether it is properly stored. ‧ This product requires working hours for stocking and production. It is recommended to place a reservation three days to one week before order pickup. ‧ If you have any special combination requirements for the purchased products, please add instructions in the order notes and confirm with the designer ‧ Self-pickup: Taipei (No. 48, Lane 233, Section 1, Dunhua South Road), Taichung (No. 212, Section 1, Chongde Road, North District, Taichung City), and Kaohsiung (No. 60, Wenxian Road, Niaosong District, Kaohsiung City) all provide self-pickup services. ‧ Delivery: Delivery time is 11:00-20:00 am. In Taipei City area, free delivery when spending over $3,500. If you are in the New Taipei City area or if the purchase amount is less than $3,500, we can call a taxi for you to pick up the goods downstairs at the designated location. The fare is extra. If special delivery is required in special locations (such as above the second floor, restaurants, hotels, etc.), a $500 service fee will be charged. Free delivery for purchases over $2,500 in designated areas in Kaohsiung City. / Product exchange / ‧ If the product received is defective or damaged, please contact the designer and we will handle it for you as soon as possible. ‧ After the product is placed and paid for, we will arrange production for you. Therefore, returns are not accepted. Please be sure to confirm before purchasing. ‧ If you need to replace the product, please contact the designer 3 days in advance.
