After cremation or aquamation, confirm the weight of the ashes or the size of the remains, then choose the urn size, and transfer them once received. (**Special Reminder: For pets weighing over 20 kg, if they have a slender build, the amount of ashes might be more than expected. Approximately 10% of cases involve pets that are slender, resulting in "light weight, heavy ashes."
