However, due to variations in bone density and individual constitution, the amount of ashes after cremation can differ for each pet. • Ashes + some bones / whole skeleton: There is limited data for this, making it difficult to accurately estimate the size and length of the remains. As the Moonset House urns have limited capacity, it is recommended to confirm the actual volume and dimensions after the pet's passing before deciding on the urn size. Q2: What if I'm unsure about the ash quantity? The safest approach is to first ask your funeral service provider if they can provide a temporary paper container. After cremation or aquamation, confirm the weight of the ashes or the dimensions of the remains, then select the size, and transfer them once you receive the urn. (**Special reminder: For pets weighing over 20 kg, if they are slender, the ash volume might be more than expected. In about 10% of cases, slender pets result in 'light weight, heavy ashes.' In such situations, it is recommended to choose one size larger for the urn to be safe.**) Q3: What if the ashes or bones don't fit after I receive the urn? • Reason 1: Sometimes, if the pet was slender, the bones might be proportionally heavier, leading to a fit issue. • Reason 2: The moisture-proof bag or desiccant takes up space. You can remove the bag or desiccant, seal the urn, and store it in a dry place. • You can also preserve some ashes by creating other jewelry or keepsakes. **(Due to hygiene and customization considerations, all sales are final and non-refundable. Dark areas will be darker, and bright areas will be brighter. 2. Colors will have a slight grayish tint. 3. Resolution and sharpness will be reduced. Please crop the photo yourself and adjust the size of the pet within the frame. 3. How long can the string lights be on? What is their lifespan? This type of battery lasts for about 10+ hours. It does not get hot when continuously on. However, as it is an electronic consumable, prolonged use can cause the bulbs to burn out. Humid environments and pulling on the wires can also shorten their lifespan. Q2. What if the lamp breaks? Can you send me a new one? We will send a replacement within 7 days of receipt if damaged. However, due to the handmade nature and the fixed design of the switch, replacement can be difficult. A. For the standing lamp model, each base and lamp has a different rotation angle, so direct replacement might not be possible. You may need to find another spot to place it. B. For the string lights, customers will need to re-wrap them, and the switch can be placed behind the artwork inside the glass cover. Q3. What is the customer feedback?
