The designer will advise if the photos are suitable for creation and welcome any questions or requests. 4. Once the discussion is complete and there are no issues, you may place your order. After payment is confirmed and the order is established, the digital proof creation will begin. 5. Digital proof creation takes approximately 1-3 business days. We will preliminarily apply marble pieces with colors similar to your photo for your reference. 6. You are entitled to [one free minor revision]. Each subsequent revision will incur a fee of NT$500. 7. After revisions are complete, the waterjet mosaic production will commence, taking 5-10 business days. Orders are processed sequentially. Due to the intricate production process, rush orders cannot be accommodated. We appreciate your understanding. **::::::::::: Product Information :::::::::::: ** Size: 20x20cm, 30x30cm; thickness 1cm (Measurements are manual, slight variations may occur!) Material: Natural marble, granite, travertine (The designer will select suitable stones and combine them based on your photo.) Weight: 20x20cm approx. 1-1.2kg; 30x30cm approx. 2.5-2.7kg (excluding frame) Subject: Primarily features two people or pets. For special requests, please contact us for discussion. Style: Non-realistic; presented using blocks of solid color without facial features. Stone Selection: The designer will choose stones with colors close to and suitable for your photo for the mosaic. The background stone will be a single type. For specific color preferences, please discuss via chat. **::::::::::: Photo Selection Tips :::::::::::: ** 1. Choose photos where the person (or animal) is clear and the subject's outline is discernible. 2. Avoid photos where the subject is too small or too similar to the background, as this makes it difficult to accurately outline. 3. Approximately 5-6 types of stone patterns will be used (excluding the background stone). Complex clothing will be simplified by the designer. 4. Stone selection will be based on colors close to and suitable for your photo, allowing you to coordinate your preferred style and color palette. **::::::::::: Important Notes :::::::::::: ** 1. Natural marble patterns are formed by nature, making each piece unique and unrepeatable. Therefore, the digital proof is for reference only. The final product's patterns and colors may not be exactly the same. The actual appearance is subject to the physical item received. Please confirm your acceptance before ordering. 2. To avoid delaying your receipt of the item, please submit any revision requests within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) of us providing the digital proof. If the time limit is exceeded, we will proceed directly with production and will no longer accept modifications or cancellations. 3. Unauthorized commercial use is not permitted. If intended for commercial purposes, please state this in advance; pricing will be negotiated separately. 4. The artwork may be used online as an example for reference. If you do not wish for your work to be publicly displayed, please inform the designer in advance. 5. As this is a custom-made product, it is not subject to the seven-day cooling-off period. Therefore, no returns or exchanges will be accepted after the order is confirmed. 6. Please record a video during unboxing and retain all original packaging.
