Important Notes:
Please be punctual on the day of the class. Arriving late may prevent the instructor from providing timely assistance.
Latecomers exceeding 30 minutes will not be able to join the class, participate in the crafting, or receive a refund. Please take note.
Gloves, masks, and aprons will be provided.
If you have long hair, we recommend bringing a small hair tie to secure your hair and prevent it from getting cement on it.

・If you are unable to attend after payment, you may apply for a refund through the order system, with a 30% service fee deducted to cover incurred costs.
As the designer needs to prepare materials three days prior to the event, refunds or exchanges are not accepted within three days before the event.

・This event is for individuals aged 12 and above. Parents may accompany but cannot participate in the crafting unless they register for a separate session. If you wish to craft together, please place two separate orders.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Unregistered companions are not permitted to enter or participate unless it is a parent-child participation scenario.
・Entry begins 10 minutes before the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please do not be late.
・You may bring water and beverages to the venue. To be environmentally friendly, please bring your own reusable water bottle or cup.
・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. Any damages caused by violations will be the participant's responsibility.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will contact you proactively to reschedule or issue a refund.
・If participation is canceled due to reasons beyond our control, no refund will be issued.
