1. If you are unable to attend due to circumstances after payment is completed, you can apply for a refund through the order system. The system will charge 30% of the event fee for all expenses incurred. Since the lecturer must prepare materials in advance before the event, no refunds will be accepted within ten days from the day before the event. If you need to reschedule due to personal reasons, please inform us seven days before the original event. An extension can be accepted to change the registration session once, but it will not be accepted. Refund.
2・The event is limited to registrants, please do not bring your companions.
3. Admission opens 15 minutes before the event. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the experience, please do not be late. If you are late for more than 30 minutes, you will not be admitted and no refund will be given.
6. If the activity cannot be performed due to force majeure factors such as typhoons and natural disasters, the location of the participants will not be considered in accordance with the government announcement standards. The studio will inform applicants whether the class will start and provide additional make-up class time no later than one day before the class.
7. Respect intellectual property rights and please do not take photos, videos, or audio recordings during event explanations.
8. The organizer will take side photos of the experience activities as needed and upload them to the official social media after the event for use in event records or other recruitment channel promotions.
