Production Time Most items in this shop are made to order. Shipping times can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop version. In-stock items ship within 1-3 days. Made-to-order pieces require a waiting period of 2-6 weeks (excluding shipping time, public holidays, and natural disasters). If you need your jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before placing your order to check for stock availability or to discuss expedited production. Items requiring factory processing will take longer. Factory-processed items include: wax carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving.
