You will see "Luigi Electric Company Kaohsiung Branch" across the street. The entrance to the workshop is next to "MU MARS Maker Space." Enter, walk straight to the end, and take the elevator to the 5th floor.

▶ Important Notes
・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before registering.
・After completing your order and checkout, your purchase details serve as proof of registration. No physical tickets will be issued. Please arrive at the venue at the scheduled time for check-in; no separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders not completed with payment are considered incomplete registrations. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis once the class is full. Unpaid orders will not be added to the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The rules are as follows:
・According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Compulsory Education Act for Public and Private Schools, and Article 33 of the Regulations for Short-Term Supplementary Schools, as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, refunds are processed as follows:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class start date, a refund of 95% of the total actual payment will be issued.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class start date, a refund of 90% of the total actual payment will be issued.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class start date, a refund of 80% of the total actual payment will be issued.
・Rescheduling is permitted for classes within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your preferred date. If no date is provided, it will be considered a forfeiture. If you cannot adhere to the rescheduling timeframe, please opt for a refund.
・For cancellations on the day of the class, as materials and venue arrangements have been finalized, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted. Failure to attend will be considered a forfeiture.
・To ensure the rights of other participants, arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time on the day of the class will be considered a forfeiture.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account number and account holder name. All refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Unpaid companions are not permitted to attend or participate, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity independently, or in special cases where parent-child participation is approved. Please call the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session does not reach 6 by two days before the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or refunds.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the event for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. By participating, you consent to the use of your likeness in such materials.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make appropriate arrangements.
