She tilts her head sweetly, a finger pressed to her full lips, her expression and posture a delicate balance of vulnerability and playfulness. It feels as though she's conveying who she is, while also asking who you are. I believe viewers will find echoes of their own experiences within this portrayal. The artwork captures a sense of vulnerability while simultaneously asserting a strong voice against contemporary society. The artist's signature red hair often appears in her work. Viewing the world as an accumulation of energy, the artist uses a brush pen, a tool familiar to many in Japan, to construct graphics with simple, delicate lines reminiscent of ukiyo-e compositions.
