Grind Size: Due to the hollow design at the bottom of the B75 cake dripper, the flow rate is slightly faster than conventional drippers (e.g., Kalita). We recommend a grind size slightly finer than usual. 2. Pouring: As it's a flat-bottom dripper, the coffee bed depth remains consistent. For the bloom, avoid prolonged stationary pouring in the inner circle. Ensure equal water distribution in both inner and outer pouring stages. 3. B75 Golden Dragon Brewing Method: Coffee grounds: 13g / Total water: 200g 1️⃣ Pour to 40g for blooming. 2️⃣ Medium water flow, pour in small circles in the center until reaching 120g. 3️⃣ When the water level drops to half its previous height, use a medium-to-large water flow, pouring in the center until reaching 200g to finish. **Product Features** 1.
