4. Materials must be prepared upon payment; please book your session at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Studio provides standard receipts. If you require a VAT invoice, please provide your company name and tax ID number in the 'Message to Designer' section.
6. No refunds will be issued if the activity is canceled for reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange a postponement or a refund.
