These variations are not defects. 7. Please clean shoes and bags according to the correct methods. Avoid using strong detergents, excessive water, or soaking. 8. Bags are packaged in PP bags. Packaging is for product protection, and minor dents or creases from shipping are unavoidable and do not qualify for return or exchange. 9. Product images may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings. Colors are subject to the actual product. Manual measurement may result in a normal variation of approximately 1-3 cm. 【Return & Exchange Policy】 1. Please initiate your return/exchange request via private message within 7 days of receiving the item. Requests received after this period will not be processed. 2. Returned items must be in new, unworn condition with original packaging (PP bag + outer box), including all accessories and attached tags. 3. Items purchased as part of a special offer for a minimum spending threshold cannot be returned individually. If you wish to return part of such an order, please return the entire order and reorder if necessary. 4.
