Dyed with Kobunagusa (small crucian carp grass). This is a large, thin, long scarf made of organic cotton gauze. Inspired by Kenji Miyazawa's fairy tale "Ginkgo Nuts," this tie-dye design captures the image of children (ginkgo nuts) bravely taking flight from their mother. Like golden fallen leaves, the ginkgo children are shown taking flight one after another. An organic scarf in autumn colors. Approximately 95cm x 190cm (including approx. 1cm fringe), 75g. The fabric, Chita cotton, which is woven from unbleached organic cotton – also used for baby products – is hand-dyed. Its light and soft texture makes it a scarf we hope even those with delicate skin will try. After being washed multiple times before and after dyeing, the fabric has a very soft feel that is gentle and comforting to the skin. Being a thin, oversized size, it becomes compact when folded. When wrapped around thickly on a cold day, the fluffy gauze fabric traps air, providing comfortable warmth. It can also be folded and used as a lap blanket when the chill sets in. A scarf that can be used across many seasons. The photos show the scarf ironed flat. Without ironing, it will have a more voluminous feel, creating a beautiful, natural look when loosely wrapped. ◎ As it is dyed with 100% natural dyes, detergents containing bleach will cause color fading. Please hand wash gently with a "neutral detergent" for delicate clothing, in cold water. Remove excess water with a towel, smooth out wrinkles, and "air dry in the shade."
