**Crafting Process**
In the creation of the black obsidian pinecone scented candle, you'll select your favorite aromatic essential oils and blend them with soy wax. This mixture is then poured into a vessel. As the wax begins to solidify, you'll artfully arrange black obsidian pieces of varying sizes, pinecones, and small dried flowers, much like cultivating a miniature garden or rockery, to construct your one-of-a-kind energy garden.

・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm the class has commenced before registering.
・Upon completing your order and payment, your purchase details serve as your registration confirmation. No physical ticket will be issued. Please report directly to the venue at the scheduled time; no separate SMS or pre-class notification will be sent.
・Orders without completed payment are considered incomplete registrations. Once a class is full, enrollment will be closed immediately. Unpaid orders will not be added to the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our Facebook page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
・In accordance with Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for the Administration of Short-term Tutoring Classes, as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class starts, 95% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine and eight days before the class starts, 90% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven and one day before the class starts, 80% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
・Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your chosen session. If no session is specified, it will be considered a forfeiture. If you cannot commit to a rescheduled time, please opt for a refund.
・For classes on the day of the scheduled event, refunds and rescheduling are not permitted due to material preparation and venue arrangements by the instructor. Participants who do not attend will forfeit their registration.
・To ensure the rights of other participants, anyone arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered a forfeiture.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details and name. All refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・This event is open to individuals aged 10 and above.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Accompanying individuals without tickets are not permitted to join, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity independently, or in special cases requiring parent-child participation. Please call the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days before the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the craft studio. This workshop includes complimentary self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants are required to adhere to the rules of the venue and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a full refund.
・The organizer may take photographs and videos during the event for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used in event records or other recruitment and promotional materials.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and special arrangements will be made.
