The bracelet will be adjusted in terms of materials and arrangement according to the wrist size provided by the customer to ensure the overall aesthetic of the finished product is consistent with the photos. Each piece of jewelry is handmade, and minor crafting marks or size variations are within the normal range. Natural crystals may contain internal fractures, inclusions, mineral gaps, or small dark spots. These are characteristics of natural stones and not defects. Avoid prolonged contact with perfume, cosmetics, or skincare products, and refrain from wearing while bathing, swimming, or visiting hot springs to preserve the quality of the crystals and metal. The 14K gold-plated brass accessories offer good color retention, but they may still oxidize and fade with improper care or prolonged wear. It is recommended to dry them with a soft cloth after contact with water and store them in a resealable bag when not in use for extended periods to slow down oxidation. ♦ Shipping and After-Sales Service ♦ The default packaging is basic. For product defects not caused by human damage within 7 days of receipt, please contact us for assistance (photos are required). A repair fee and round-trip shipping costs will apply after the grace period. Customized products are non-refundable unless there is a defect.
