Egg Waffles

Egg Waffles Egg Waffles is a type of Hong Kong’s local street delicacies, especially with its tasty outer crisp and the softer inner batter. During the 50s, grocery stores in Hong Kong would not waste their broken eggs but to mix them into flour, butter and other ingredients before baking them on molds. Later when people design egg-shaped molds, only then they were named EggWaffles.
