Using Southern Salt Flakes as its base, it incorporates the pungent, fresh, and intensely flavored young leaves of prickly ash, exuding a bold and wild character. This is complemented by the refreshing and aromatic mountain celery, adding a clean layer to the overall profile. Rosemary is also included, its warm and familiar aroma effectively balancing the stronger notes of the other ingredients.
