Minor adjustments (background color, text content) are free of charge. Significant revisions will incur a fee based on complexity. ★ Three rounds of revisions are provided: It's recommended to consolidate your feedback and provide clear instructions to save time and revision rounds. Exceeding the revision limit will incur a fee of NT$50 per revision. Please communicate reasonably with the designer. Thank you very much. 🔔 About Color Difference Screen colors and print colors differ due to variations in color gamuts. ★ Screen colors are RGB → displayed on a luminous screen, making colors appear more vibrant and bright. ★ Print colors are CMYK → ink cannot reproduce certain extremely bright colors, resulting in printed products appearing slightly less saturated and darker than screen colors. Therefore, a color difference between the product and the on-screen artwork is normal. Color differences in printed output cannot be based on the customer's screen. Variations in paper stock, ink batches, and daily printing climate humidity can all affect color reproduction. If you have precise color requirements, please consider carefully before ordering. 🔔 Customized products are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period. If the item is not picked up, fees may be pursued in accordance with the "Consumer Protection Act." Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act states that consumers engaging in distance or door-to-door transactions may cancel the contract within 7 days of receiving the goods or services by returning the goods or providing written notice, without needing to state reasons or incur any fees or consideration. The proviso to the same paragraph stipulates that exceptions apply in certain circumstances for distance transactions. The Executive Yuan announced the "Regulations on Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Dissolution for Distance Transactions" at the end of 2015, effective from January 1, 2016. Article 2, Item 2 of these regulations explicitly states that "customized goods and services provided according to consumer requirements" are excluded from the right to cancel the contract within 7 days as stipulated in Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act. ⛔️ Cash on delivery is not available for customized products. ⛔️ Customized products are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period.
