Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains the unique textures and marks from the cow's life, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, blood vessels, etc. These are not defects. Minor indentations and scratches during processing, shipping, and production are also considered normal as long as the leather surface is not damaged. In respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for major scars. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. The finished product cannot be compared to the perfection of machine-produced items, but it possesses a distinct warmth and texture. Furthermore, as time passes and with different usage habits, the leather will develop personal scratches and marks, deepen in color, and gain a unique patina, slowly revealing a one-of-a-kind appearance. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, contributing to the unique charm of each leather piece. ► Color Firstly, screen displays have color variations. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can differ between batches due to varying stock and storage times. Even on the same piece of leather, the grain and color absorption can vary across different areas. Colors will not be consistent between two separate orders. Please refer to the actual product. If you cannot understand or accept the above, we kindly ask you not to place an order. ► About Customization This product is made to order. Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," when placing your order. If no specifications are provided, you agree to the designer's choice of stitching color and "blank" for embossed text. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our "custom products" do not have a grace period for returns or exchanges. We also do not accept returns or exchanges.
